Don't bother. There is no way to get a serial #. The eon site says it will email it to you but never does...

That's the only issue of 3D Artist that I've ever bought. I can't figure out how to9 get the Vuew install though. I put the disc in and it just gives me a DivX error about unsupported content,
Edit: Oh OK it was just a Firefox issue, opened fine in another browser. Got it installed and serial number now. Serial email went straight into my Junk folder.

do you have mac os? because there are some issues with macs. but you should be able to browse manually your CD

Thanks anyway. It's not actually on the disc anyway, they just give you a link to download.
