Is the hair only painted? It looks quite realistic from this angle.
I found her jaw a little thick, but the there are some girls like that.
The skin feel with subtle color variation is great.
Is it all painted or due to the rendering setting?

New it was possible in 3dCoat, but never had a try.
Still you have some slightly colored area on your model
that are not on the girl picture (slight green-blue areas).
Ah... didn't notice there was a turntable.

where you can see the symmetry. An accessory (brooch?) would hide it.
Don't know where the green-blue shades came off. Nothing like that
on your ref picture. May be my display?
Anyway thats quite realistic even with a bald model. Well done.
