I got to see several 3d printer companies as Siggraph this summer but none really impressed me that much. But there is some really hopeful research going on...

Today,I sculpted in Coffee shop.

I will go home and to paint this.

And,I printed out "monster"

The tool for assembling is due to be bought tomorrow.
I cannot keep waiting!

Hey Marupura, here's the best 3d printer company I found at Siggraph 2011 in Vancouver this year...they do the biggest and best models at a good price relatively speaking.

However, it was the battle with the battery residual quantity of a notebook PC

@LJB Thx! I sculpted just skull. I came up with a idea (remake to crab) when I was painting it to red.

I upload test_pic. "Fake SSS" in 3D-coat. 100% rendered in 3D-coat! I used Photoshop for just color correcting.
And that was my practice of one hour full body sculpts.
