It could also be an option in the preferences panel / brushing, which allows you to see the message of symmetry activated above the brush. Now there are already two red dots in the brushes circles, for example, left and right along the X axis, but are very small and not much visible.It would be sufficient to have them larger than a few pixels, as in zbrush.
