Going with a character called the Amphibian. He or she must be prepared for any environment, and adaptable. Going with a modern day maybe slightly techy theme. Concept time.

Just kidding. He is red and has a beard, that's all he has in common with Santa.
Even in the early time of your work it has dynamism in the shapes.
