Save 'hide' and 'freeze' data in the .3b project file itself.

Currently we need to save hide and freeze state data in external files. As these are always project-specific, it'd be nice if they were kept inside the .3b file itself.

An option to export them would still be nice ofcourse, but it seems more logical and useful to keep them saved inside the project by default.
