Member Spinland Posted September 30, 2013 Member Report Share Posted September 30, 2013 I deleted the 3.7 folder from my Applications folder, then dragged the new 4.0 one in. On running 4.0 it asked me for my reg code, which I provided, and that took me to a web page that thanked me for registering. Even so, every time I open the app it again asks me for my reg code, and no matter how many times I re-register it nothing changes.
Member Spinland Posted September 30, 2013 Author Member Report Share Posted September 30, 2013 The above was on my MacBook Pro. I just tried to install it also on my desktop, a Mac Mini, and have the same problem there.

Javis
Let us know how it went. I've only seen this a few times, and am curious on the fix for it. Cheers.
Member Spinland Posted October 1, 2013 Author Member Report Share Posted October 1, 2013 Not much progress yet. Thus far I've only gotten the basic questions like was I using a v4 reg code, did I paste it in instead of typing it, and so on. Nothing of substance, no clues yet why I can't register V4. Member Spinland Posted October 2, 2013 Author Member Report Share Posted October 2, 2013 Okay, I think we've got the issue resolved. The version I was trying to install was 4.0.02. Andrew sent me a link to download 4.0.04A and that seems to have corrected the registration problem.
