philnolan3d Posted May 24, 2015 Report Share Posted May 24, 2015 I have a sculpture for a client that I can't show but he's happy with it. The only thing left is to hollow it out so it can be 3D printed. It's in Surface mode now so I just used Geometry > Shell but whatever options I try the model explodes into a giant sphere like this. So I converted the model to voxels and found Extract Shell by right-clicking in the VoxTree but Every time I try that it thinks for a second and then nothing happens. Any suggestions? Carlosan Posted May 24, 2015 Report Share Posted May 24, 2015 I had similar trouble once Andrew at support said: Try measure tool and look distance scale you have in scene.
