Its possible to paint and sculpt at same time ?

This would a great feature added to vertex painting... exp since PBR materials and the new Image based lighting (hdr) for rendering.

In the paint room you apply the PBR material and the real PBR depth is also applied to the surface mode sculpt.

 

This would enhance the new PBR workflow without having to create a retopo mesh to get PBR depth information added to the model.

A very good way of showing products to clients, showcasing PBR in 3DC and generally just getting some nice renders...
