Very nice rendering and composition..

Suggestions all depended upon what your friend wants of course...

Slight DOF the background to separate the foreground interest which is your main focus in the image.

Some Texturing differences between the two sitting scuptures and maybe sculpt some slight differences between them to break the symmetry look...

That looks like a hanging clolth so run the cloth sim using pinning to make some small ruffles variations in the fabric. Not talking about large folds here but small variations...

For anybody who is interessted here is the link.
You need Unity Web Player to play the game.

Play MaloRunner

I know there are some bugs, but for me it is enough for the first game.

I want to start something new with Unity 5 and 3d coats PBR system :D

I wish you much fun with that little game.

Cheers Malo

What is the HDR panorama you're using in your video? Where can it be downloaded/bought from?

The panorama seems to be fairly neutral and thus perfect for texturing.

The video though in German was easy to follow...  :drinks:

If I do not want any color cast from the HDRI image, I select "GreyScale Panorama" under the View menu...

I have watched your video a few times and picked up a many things as I am just learning 3dcoat and right now am focused on the painting. Great to see it from start to end details and work flow. I copied  some of your smart material setups  . Plus I had a chance to work on my German  as of now I only know  ich  habe  scheibe  atem   as my daughter says this to her  miniature  Dachsund  lol a great dog just bad breath.  :p:

Because of that.

Both sides would look similar.

Maybe nobody would realize it if it looks similar, but i think it looks better in that way.

Would you prefer to overlap it?

Thanks Digman :)

Yes, i like this workflow a lot.

Fill Layers in Painter are such a great addition. I wish we could have something like that in 3d coat.

It helps a lot to be work in a non destructiv workflow.

We already have the first step to do this by filling layers. But the only thing and the most important thing is missing: The filled layer in 3DC is not linked to the used smart material. If this would be solved, then we would have a great software with 3D-Coat. I have already send a concept to pilgway for implementing this.

We need this functionality while game development every day and begin to "test" substance painter because of this missed feature in 3DCoat... To pilgway: Don't wait too long...
