New Member DailyFrankPeter Posted March 2, 2015 New Member Report Share Posted March 2, 2015 Hi All, This is either a noob question or demo feedback, depending how you look at it. I was testing 3D Coat sculpting in the demo (Win7 64, CUDA) and ran into a wall with the Flatten/Scrape tool. My helmet design, roughly spherical, had a concave crevice (not even that deep, say 120 deg) which the flatten/scrape tool couldn't reach, despite the brush size looking like it was adjusted to small enough. (I will post some images if I find time, but I would be grateful if someone who had this experience commented. )If I were sculpting real clay, it would be almost if I had too large tools, which can only scrape convex shapes from the outside, and can't reach concave curves. Now I may be missing some obvious setting. But this should intuitively just work, it's not so sophisticated. In Blender it just does, despite it generally being feature-poorer.
