[SOLVED] What wrong ,a 3d Coat issue or User Error ?

I have not success to import ,export and replace a mesh with 3D Coat,not matter which option I choose .

I have not trouble with other programs .So what is the trick ?

Also only import and export without mesh manipulation do not work with 3d coat 

 

in this case, 3D Coat should work so nice like mudbox, and it would perfect.

I think i finally solve this problem. In the Import Dialog,  Ignore smooting Groups must be marked.

 

That has me busy for a while and I do now know why it hasnt work Constantly for me .

Thank you carlosan,  when I saw that it works for you,  I was motivated to try  systematic everything again.
