I'm working on a project where I need to line up some paint strokes between 2 objects.  One object sits inside another, so I wanted to paint through one to the other, but I can't seem to figure out how to do that.  Is it possible?

At the very least I was hoping to change one objects opacity to 20-40%, lock it, and use it as a reference, but I don't think that's possible either.

I know in the voxel room you can make objects semi-transparent - why not in the paint room?
