[SOLVED] combine UV Layers created in 3D Coat

Hi

I have a question that might be pretty simple and stupid, but I can't find the answer:

I created a sculpt composed of two voxel Objects, as one of the objects was basicely one of six legs the other object will rest on, and I wanted to duplicate this object in blender to save some texture space.

Now, I am finished with the sculpt, retopo is fine, merged it to the paint room, got the leg duplicated in blender after some relearning of the commands... :)

But I face a problem now: when I unwrapped, I unwrapped into the same UV set (to create an atlas)... but upon merge to paint room it got split into two UV Sets. I have now 2 big textures with lots of wasted space on the leg one, that would fit together perfectly as they were one originally.

Is there an easy way to merge them (in 3D coat or outside)?

thanks for any help
