Advanced Member Ratchet Posted March 4, 2015 Advanced Member Report Share Posted March 4, 2015 Hi, I created a tiling texture that has a strong metalness, and i created a new material that uses that tiling texture and i put metalness texture and roughness ones on the good material slots. But paiting that material on a baked model , the metalness and gloss don't show like it is no more metal, whatever the values i choose for roughness and metalness in the sliders fo the painting tool. In the future it is always a good idea to state what what version of 3DC you are using... and whether you use DX or OpenGL.
