Reputable Contributor AbnRanger Posted December 19, 2014 Reputable Contributor Report Share Posted December 19, 2014 Starting today (Dec. 19-31), Pilgway is offering the Professional license of 3D Coat at a $100 discount. That's about $280. If you use it professionally, it will pay for itself on the first job, pretty much. ZBrush is roughly $800 in comparison, and the only thing is better at is the sculpting tools (was on the market for years before 3D Coat came along...so, it had a huge head start). So, even if no one is looking to sell their license, it is still dirt cheap for all it offers. The best part about it is there are new goodies dropped at our doorstep all the time. I don't know of any software that provides updates and new features as frequently as 3D Coat. http://3d-coat.com/news/merry-christmas/
Contributor Michaelgdrs Posted December 19, 2014 Author Contributor Report Share Posted December 19, 2014 Greetings @AbnRanger , i agree with everything you said. Unofortunately , the only way i can buy 3d coat, without a risk , is by braking the discountent price into 2 parts and pay it in 2 months time. Is this possible? Are there any "special" treatments for special situations? Thank you in advance Michael.
