Member DarkEdge Posted April 15, 2014 Member Report Share Posted April 15, 2014 Is it possible to have a texture brush repeat? Like for instance if I have a seamless pant seam texture, can I program the texture brush so it repeats it as I create a pants seam with it? It repeats your brush alpha along your stroke. You could set your brush to use Spacing in the Brush panel, but strips seem better suited for that purpose. Javis
Hi! There are a few ways you can do this: 1)Use the Image along Curve tool, import the image, place your curve, hit enter to apply. 2) Use Strips (if you don't see the strips panel, it's under Windows>Popups>Strips). It basically let's you use another image/mesh as a repeating pattern, on top of your actual brush, filtering through your brush's greyscale. I would probably option for the latter, since you can use the E-panel curves for exact placement and re-usability.
