Additional Voxel Cache functionality

A couple things that would be useful:

1. An option to clear all cache on program exit. That cache folder can really build up fast.

2. Ability to reference an external cache volume in multiple scenes.

It could work something like this:

a. select layer and click "Create reference cache volume" which will then create a volume file in a user specified location.

b. now every time the scene is loaded or the layer is "reloaded", the external volume file will be used.

c. add a "import reference volume" option so the user can load the volume into another scene.

d. add a "save reference volume" option so if the volume is modified (in the current scene or another scene that also references that volume) it can be saved.

Something like that anyway.
