Advanced Member Nossgrr Posted November 11, 2014 Advanced Member Report Share Posted November 11, 2014 Is there a way to turn off Radius snapping when re-sizing a tool? Let me explain, when you change stroke sizes, it seems 3DC remembers your previous radius and snaps to it while you're trying to pick a new size. I find the snapping distracting and sometimes makes me overshoot the size I'm looking for.. Any way to turn it off? Thanks!

Advanced Member Nossgrr Posted November 11, 2014 Author Advanced Member Report Share Posted November 11, 2014 Hi Carlosan, It's when you right click and move your mouse from left to right or up/down over a shape, it re-sizes the tool radius and snaps to your previous setting for a bit while you move. I noticed it works fine the way you mentioned ( mouse wheel or [ ] brackets ), so I'll start using that
Carlosan
i see what are you pointing sound as bug and feature request for me Before to press RMD the cursor-brush icon follow the surface normal but when the user press the RMB the brush icon jump to frontal view using the display coordinates not the surface normals anymore and then, at RMB release... the brush keep freeze at last point click and is needed to move slightly the cursor to get it back to normals Bug Reported 0001677: Brush re-size Radius snap to display coordinates, not object normals.
