Andrew Shpagin
We have created manual in Wiki format. It is open to be changed and improved. If you see some incorrectness there you can change it or add something new. We continue work over manual pages. It is possible now to translate it on other languges on this wiki page. http://www.3d-coat.com/wiki/index.php/Doc:Manual
philnolan3d
That's a really good idea, changes happen so fast I'd imagine it's difficult to keep a PDF manual up to date.

Advanced Member polyxo Posted October 10, 2009 Advanced Member Report Share Posted October 10, 2009 OK, no rush. Thanks for setting up the Wiki! Maybe a Print functionality which allows for outputting all the content at once (as a complete manual) was helpful?
webmaster
I set up the new registration and it's supposed to send me a confirmation email, but I never got it. I have approved your registration manually, so now you can edit wiki. Please check your spam folder, I think confirmation email was directed there. Advanced Member cuffins Posted October 13, 2009 Advanced Member Report Share Posted October 13, 2009 Is there a "connection" between the "Translation 3DCoat on other Languages" and the Wiki? Because synchronous naming in both is essential for consistency... Rene

Advanced Member Ghostdog Posted October 16, 2009 Advanced Member Report Share Posted October 16, 2009 FYI I have started a little bit of contributing - my first time with Wiki so bear with me as I get used to it
Member probiner Posted November 14, 2011 Member Report Share Posted November 14, 2011 The most important for this type of Wiki, more than the Manual side, are really the workflows and the workarounds for quirky and intuitive brick walls in the creative process Cheers

Advanced Member David Schoneveld Posted June 20, 2012 Advanced Member Report Share Posted June 20, 2012 I get the same error, I even made a mediawiki.org account to see if that helped... it didn't. Member LordHong Posted May 7, 2014 Member Report Share Posted May 7, 2014 Sadly it is outdated by now. I'm still hoping for a documentation, that has an index and is searchable.

Under the TUTORIALS tab: http://3d-coat.com/tutorials/v4-manual-pdf/
