Link DOF plane to camera-space instead of world space.

At its current state, the DOF plane has limited size in the world space and is independent of camera's position. This may pose a problem when user is rendering parts of a large model, because the plane may be too small to be shown in the viewport (due to camera's translation or rotation)
Making the plane perceptually infinite in size by making it a child that follows the viewport camera's translation and rotation, and which size equals to dimensions of the viewport, would eliminate a lot of users' frustration when setting the DOF plane up.
