Hello. :)
Modeling in 3ds Max.
I used 3D Coat for painting fish, algae, etc and also to create maps (Normal, Specular).
Rendering in 3ds Max(mental ray).

Great job on the texturing. The wireframe fish look really cool too -surreal and futuristic.
